How long has eInflatables been making inflatables?

Does eInflatables rent their products?
No, we do not offer rentals. We are a manufacturing company, and we leave the rentals to our customers.

All of our Bouncers include:
- The bounce unit
- A deluxe child-safe 1hp blower with an on/off switch

What kind of deposit do I need to purchase from eInflatables?
We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Learn more about which products are best for your business.
What is the turnaround time once an order is placed?
If the units you have ordered are in stock, immediate delivery is available. If a unit is not in stock, we will need to make it in our California manufacturing facility. You can expect a turnaround time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks on most units.
What forms of payment does eInflatables accept?

Does eInflatables offer volume discounts?

What is the warranty on eInflatables’ inflatable units?
We have the best warranty in the industry: 2-Years on all inflatables and one year on all units for indoor facilities. We pay the freight both ways for repairs within the 48 continental states. Read more about our outstanding warranty.
How long can I expect an eInflatables Inflatable unit to last?
Our units can last anywhere from 7 to 10 years depending on the care, maintenance and usage of the unit. To get maximum lifespan out of your units, it is important to care for them properly. Learn more about best practices.
What kind of vinyl does eInflatables use?
All of our inflatables are built using only the finest quality commercial grade 18.5oz coated vinyl. We never use laminated material in any of our products.
What size are eInflatables’ units?

How big is each inflatable unit when it’s rolled up?
eInflatables moon bouncers are approximately 48 inches tall and 24 inches in diameter when rolled up. They look like a tall sleeping bag and can easily be stored in your garage. Other inflatables will vary in size. Learn the proper technique for rolling your inflatables here.
